Online shopping is getting more popular now, I think no one would doubt it. Personally, I love online shopping! Because it's convenient, everything are sorted in different categories and brands that it's so much easier to find what you are looking for.
However, it is important to choose a good online shopping store. There are a few things I would look at when choosing the right website
1.) Return policy. It is always easy to return those items do not fit if there is free return, since shipping might cost a lot.
2.) Shipping method. Fast and reliable delivery is preferable, a trackable delivery as well.
3.) An efficient and friendly customer service. I found this a very important part of a online shopping website because buyers might got problems that they want to ask, for example, the return processes.
Recently, I have experienced the worst online shopping EVER!!!!!!! The customer service is unhelpful that I did not get a reply from them after 1 week. The issue was to deal with late shipment from them and I don't feel like they valued their customers since all I have asked is not being responded. Their customer service is the poorest among those website I normally shop at. From now on, I am going to blacklist this website - www.shopplanetblue.com
